Dandelion Root (Jamaican)

Dandelion (Cassia Occidentailis), the plant is used in Jamaica for medicinal purposes for generation for the treatment of diuretic (remove excess water from your body).

Prevents blood clots

How to prepare:
1. Bring 2 cups of water to boil in a saucepan. 
2. Chop 2 tablespoons dried root. 
3. Place the root pieces in the saucepan, and leave the water at a boil for 5 to 10 minutes. 
4. Turn off heat and let it steep for 10-25 mins.
5. Strain and serve
